Tina Mabley is the Secretary for the Board and chair of the PR and Marketing Committee.

Tina is currently the Director of the MBA Program at the University of Texas at Austin. Tina has also held positions as Director of Admissions, recruiting students around the world to attend the Texas MBA program, and Director of Alumni Relations, working to develop a loyal and dynamic network of Texas MBAs domestically and internationally. Prior to joining the University of Texas, Tina worked at a local internet start-up Garden.com and as an Admission Officer recruiting students in Latin America at the Northfield Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts. She holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College.

Tina moved to Austin twice, both times from Massachusetts - once in high school and once for graduate school. The second time, she never left. Tina is passionate about education, world travel, laughter and friends and family. Tina is married to Chris Carson, a local freelance photographer, and has two children, Max and Zia.

"Working at UT for 10 years, I have seen hundreds of international students arrive in Austin for the first time. Knowing how hard the transition to a new home in another country can be, especially when it may not be by choice, I hope to help MRC become the network that will welcome refugees to Austin, ease their transition to a new home and help individuals and families become self-sufficient."
